General Info on Fees & Inclusions

Please read through the information pages before starting to register. Every participant is requested to pay the registration fee. Registered members are entitled to present communications and to attend all the works of the conference, the opening and closing ceremonies, social events (to be announced in the website), and a digital copy of the book of abstracts. Registration fees do not include accommodation, meals and travel costs. Coffee, refreshments, snacks and meals will be available at very reasonable prices at the University campus cafeteria and dining hall. The field excursion and any possible additional events will be charged extra.

How to Register and Pay

To register, please use the Registration Form. Payment should be made by debit to the following account:

When paying, please tag your payment using the expression 15ICZEGAR + your_initials + your_surname

Once filled out, the registration form should be sent together with a copy of the receipt for your payment, to the 15th ICZEGAR e-mail  (cc to HZOOS (info@hzoos.gr).

After successful registration (submission of registration form and payment), you will receive a confirmation email from the Organizing Committee.

Payment by bank transfer can be accepted until 7 October 2022. Later payments must be made on-site in cash, at the congress registration desk.

Discount

Students can register at a lower fee (see registration fees below). An official document must be shown during on-site registration to prove student status for 2022.

Offer

With registration to the 15^th ICZEGAR participants have the opportunity to become a member of the Hellenic Zoological Society for 2022 & 2023 by sending the application form (greek version or english version) by e-mail.

Cancellations

Cancellations received before 20 August 2022 will be fully refunded. No money refund will be made for cancellations received after this date.
